interest of student safety.
- You are encouraged to take note of the school term dates when planning holidays or trips overseas.
- If you are taking your child away during term time, please notify the school in

works at their own pace. It is the parents’ responsibility to see that the work is
done during the time of absence.
- Any absence will require a letter from parent and absence of more than 2 days will require a doctor’s letter.
- Any arrival after school begins at 8:15am is considered a “tardy” (late). Two
tardies in one term is considered equal to one absent. And this also means an
automatic demerit point from the student’s house.
Affirmation / Complaints
Since we operate an open door policy, we would like to hear from you directly if
you have any affirmation or questions – either about your child’s education or
about school operations. If you feel a matter is of enough concern to make a
complaint about, please consult the classroom teacher. Our underlying desire is
for everyone to be able to walk in unity in the spirit of Christ. Misunderstandings
and causes for concern will come up, but we can solve things together – with an
open mind and heart, using the Word of God as our basis and guide.
